 About Papua New Guinea Coffee Beans:

Blue Mountain Arabica Coffee from Jamaica was imported into Papa New Guinea by the Germans and the British in the late 1800’s.

Coffee production is largely by small farms of coffee gardens in isolated areas. Some of these coffee gardens are as small as fifteen to twenty coffee shrubs and grown alongside of bananas, papaya and tropical fruits.

Papa New Guinea coffee is grown naturally without pesticides and chemicals due to the remote locations.  Most of the country’s coffee is organically grown even if it is not organically certified.
